Grand Mayan Reposado is a premium 100% Blue Weber agave expression from Jalisco that uses a two-stage barrel aging process to develop exceptional complexity. The spirit is first aged for 6 months in ex-American whiskey casks, then finished for an additional 2 months in ex-Cognac barrels — 8 months total, with the Cognac finish adding a delicate layer of fruit and refinement to the whiskey barrel foundation.
