Mijenta Tequila Reposado Symphony No. 2 is the second chapter in the brand's groundbreaking Symphony Series — an exploration of barrel aging through the use of unique casks built from staves of different wood varieties sourced from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. These Symphony Barrels create a complex ecosystem that continuously enhances the incredible richness of the tequila as it matures for approximately eight months, bringing to life something utterly unpredictable. Bottled at 45% ABV, Symphony No. 2 showcases the terroir of fully mature highlands agave complemented by notes of vanilla, coconut, fruits, and spices imbued by the multi-state barrel.
Four states of oak, eight months of transformation, and something utterly unpredictable — Mijenta Symphony No. 2 is the reposado for the collector who wants a barrel-aging experience unlike anything else in the category.
