How do I earn points online?
Sign into your rewards account before completing checkout. Points cannot be added after a purchase if the account was not identified at the time of checkout. View all ways to earn.
How do I earn points in store?
Let our team know the name or account information associated with your rewards account before checkout. Points cannot be added after the transaction has been completed.
How do I redeem my points?
Online, redeem your points through your rewards account and apply the issued reward code during checkout. In store, ask to redeem your available reward before payment. View available rewards.
When do points expire?
Points expire after 1 year on a rolling basis. Each group of points expires 1 year after the date those points were earned.
Are any products excluded from earning points?
Product listings labeled VIP Access, Limited Combo, Limited Allocation, and Members Only do not count toward Reward Points or VIP Access. Limited Releases count toward Reward Points and VIP Access but are not eligible for discounts.
Are reward discounts valid on every product?
No. Certain products are excluded from coupons and reward discounts, including Limited Allocations, Limited Releases, Unwind Store Picks, Limited Combos, and sale items.
How do gift cards earn points?
Points are not earned when a gift card is purchased. Points are earned as the gift card balance is spent on eligible purchases.
How long does it take for points to appear?
Please allow up to 24 hours for points and updated tier information to appear in your account.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Give a friend $20 off their first qualifying order of $100 or more. After a successful qualifying referral, you receive a $20 referral reward. Referral rewards are subject to program terms and eligibility. Refer a friend.
