Earning & Redeeming Points
Online & In-Store: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent. Earn bonus points for specific products and promotions. Exclusions may apply.*
Earning Online: To earn your points, you must sign into your rewards account before you check out. The rewards popup is located in the bottom right corner or sign in on the top right corner.
Earning In-Store: To earn points, you must let the cashier know your account information before checking out. We cannot add points to your account after your purchase.
Redeeming Online: Copy and paste the code into the "Gift card or discount code" box during checkout.
Redeeming In-Store: Ask to redeem your reward at checkout before paying.
Points Expiration: Points expire after 1 year on a rolling basis. Example: If you earned 100 points from an order on January 1, 2024, only those 100 points will expire on January 1, 2025.
Allocated/Limited: Our system automatically blocks coupons on certain products which includes allocated bottles, some limited release bottles, our Store Picks, combos, and sale items. In the unlikely scenario if a coupon is used on one of these products, we have the right to revoke the coupon and send an invoice to collect the remaining amount due prior to the usage of the coupon.
*VIP Access bottles do not earn rewards points. Select bottles and Limited Combos do not earn rewards points, and it will be listed in the product description.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your points and new tiers to show up in your account.
Gift cards are rewarded points as the credit on the gift card is spent. The purchase of the gift card is not rewarded points. This is to prevent double points from the purchase of the gift card and the purchase of the subsequent purchases using the gift card.
We are not responsible for points if (1) you don't mention your name/account before checkout (2) you don't sign into your account online before checkout.
