Refund policy

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to processing or fulfillment, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-orders and customer-initiated errors.

Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all return-related costs, including return shipping, insurance, and any associated fees.

Gift cards are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Unwind Bottle Shop reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Final Sales & Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Prices are subject to change at any time. We do not offer refunds, credits, or price adjustments for prior purchases. Promotions and discounts apply only during their stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

If a shipment is returned after failed delivery attempts, the order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping, freight, and any associated fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Reshipping requests will incur additional charges.

Address changes must be requested immediately. If an order has already shipped, any rerouting or address correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If Shipping is selected and the customer later requests In-Store Pickup, the shipping fee will be refunded less a 10% processing fee.
