Cancellation policy
Certain products offered by Unwind Bottle Shop may be sold through a recurring subscription, pre-order, or special order. Please review the following terms before purchasing.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the schedule and frequency of the applicable subscription.
Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for future subscription orders until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription to stop future subscription charges. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel, refund, or reverse an order that has already been charged or created.
If a subscription order has already been charged, you will still receive the applicable subscription bottle even if you subsequently cancel the subscription.
Subscription schedules, pricing, selections, benefits, and other program features may vary by club and are subject to the terms shown on the applicable subscription page.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order is a purchase for a product that is not currently available for immediate fulfillment or is expected to become available at a future date.
Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
Estimated availability and arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier, distributor, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to processing or fulfillment, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Once a pre-order has been processed or fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Special Orders
A special order is a product ordered specifically for the customer that is not currently available for immediate fulfillment.
Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
Estimated availability and arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier, distributor, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Special orders are non-cancellable once the order is placed.
Changes & Cancellations
Subscription cancellations apply to future recurring charges only. They do not retroactively cancel orders that have already been charged.
Pre-order cancellations are subject to the terms above. Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
