What We Look For
Tequila With a Reason to Pour It
We are not choosing bottles simply because of a familiar label or a particular style. Each tequila has to deliver where it matters: in the glass.
Every release should offer quality, character, and something worthwhile for members to explore.
Quality First
The tequila has to taste good first. Reputation and packaging do not make the selection for us.
Agave Character
We look for expressions where the agave and character of the spirit still have a clear voice in the glass.
Balance & Character
Whether blanco, reposado, añejo, or something less conventional, the bottle should feel balanced, distinctive, and complete.
Strong Value
Price has to make sense for what is in the bottle. We want selections that earn their place in the club.
There is no required age, expression, producer, or production style. Each release is evaluated on its own merits.

How much does the Tequila Club cost? +
There is no membership fee. Releases are typically around $90 per bottle and will never exceed $120, before tax and shipping.
When will I be charged? +
Tequila Club releases are scheduled for February, May, August, and November. Your saved payment method is automatically charged when each quarterly club bottle is ready for release.
Can I skip a release? +
The club is designed as an ongoing quarterly membership rather than a bottle-by-bottle selection program. You may cancel your membership, but rejoining later may not be guaranteed if space becomes limited.
What type of tequila will I receive? +
Selections may include blanco, reposado, añejo, joven, higher-proof expressions, or other tequila styles. Producers, production methods, aging, proof, and flavor profiles may vary from release to release.
Do I choose the bottle? +
No. We choose each quarterly selection for the club based on quality, character, value, and whether we believe it is worth putting in front of our members.
What are Member Only Offers? +
Active club members may receive access to select bottles, special offers, tastings, or other opportunities that are not available to the general public. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Can I pick up or have my bottle shipped? +
Yes. Free local pickup is available at Unwind Bottle Shop, and shipping is available starting at $14.99. Adult signature is required for shipped alcohol orders.
