Do I have the option to skip bottles?

No, there is no skip option, but you are welcome to cancel at anytime.

Frequent membership cancellations and sign ups may result in being removed from the Whiskey Club. We also have a limit on Memberships so there is no guarantee you can rejoin.

Can I join both the Monthly and Quarterly Clubs?

Yes, the bottles do not overlap. This is a great way to explore both Store Picks and other great whiskey!

Can you tell me more about the Members Only Shop?

Our Members Only Shop is a perk to provide our Members with access special bottles not on our regular website. This includes Limited Allocations, which we have listed at the bottom of our Allocation Tier listing. You are not guaranteed a bottle, and you are not required to purchase a bottle from the Member Only Shop. Special bottles in this shop are excluded from discounts.

Purchasing more than the limit will result in an order cancellation, loss of access to any Allocated bottle for that paid quarter, and a 10% fee.

Am I guaranteed Allocations if I join the Whiskey Club?

No, we do not guaranteed allocations or other limited bottles.

Can I get multiple bottles in the Members Only Shop if I join both the Quarterly and Monthly subscriptions?

Yes, each subscription order equals one bottle purchase from the Members Only Shop. We do not guarantee that you will get any bottles from the Members Only Shop.

Does the Members Only Shop credit rollover?

No, the credit does not rollover, and you have from the date of our Quarterly (or Monthly) release to the date of the next Quarterly (or Monthly) release to use up your credit.

What is the Store Pick Point System?

It is our system to keep track of Members who purchase our Store Picks. It helps us reward eligible members with more rare barrels. Learn more here.

Cancellations

If you cancel after the current subscription period has been charged but before the next Subscription period, you will receive the current subscription bottle but will not receive the next subscription bottle. 

If you cancel a subscription, this is a reminder that you will lose 1 point (-1) for our Store Pick Point System and lose access to your current credit or next credit in the Members Only Shop.

Other Information

If you would like to add more bottles to your delivery, just send us an email, and we will invoice you for $2.99 per additional bottle. 

If you selected local pickup, you will have 30 days to pick up from the date of our fulfillment. If you do not pick up or notify us within the timeline, you will forfeit your bottle without refund.

If you join after our subscription charges during this month and before next month, you will be charged immediately for this subscription period's bottle. 

We will be charging your account under "Whiskey Club Subscription - Quarterly Store Picks," not under the name of the actual subscription bottle.
