Aged in Oak, Inspired by the Wild

GEMA Tequila Reposado Iguana is a beautifully crafted expression from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Rested in American oak barrels, this reposado strikes the perfect balance between the bright, vegetal character of blue agave and the warm, mellow influence of wood aging. The Iguana expression is a nod to the wild spirit of the land where the agave grows — bold, unhurried, and full of character.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Roasted agave, vanilla, and light caramel, with hints of citrus zest and dried herbs
Palate: Smooth and approachable — cooked agave sweetness, butterscotch, and warm oak spice with a touch of white pepper
Finish: Medium-length, clean and warm, with lingering agave and a gentle woody sweetness
