Casa Azul Organic Tequila Blanco is a certified organic expression from Jalisco — made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave and rested for 2–3 months before bottling, giving it a slightly more developed character than a typical unaged blanco while still retaining the fresh, vibrant agave purity that defines the style.
The result is a blanco of exceptional balance: vibrant agave flavor and nose with baked agave and ripe fruit, hints of herbs and minerals, opening up to a soft, smooth finish. Organic from field to bottle.
