Release 37 combines the depth of unusually long maturation with dark fruit and caramel sweetness, bottled at a substantial 121.8 proof.

Flavor Profile

Seasoned oak, cherry, dates and baking spice lead into caramel, chocolate-covered cherries, tobacco and leather. Dried fruit and oak spice extend the warming finish.
