The Last Drop’s first Signature Creation was composed by master blender Colin J. P. Scott from mature malt whiskies, grain whiskies and aged blends. Every component had reached at least 50 years of age. Bourbon and sherry cask influences create a richly layered Scotch that retains fruit and floral lift alongside its maturity.

Flavor Profile

Red apple, dried apricot and sweet spice develop into almond, creamy toffee and liquorice. A warm finish carries gentle oak and floral notes.
