Originally assembled from more than 50 Scotch whiskies, this blend first matured for 30 years before a remaining parcel was transferred into seven ex-Oloroso sherry hogsheads. A further 20 years of ageing created The Last Drop’s Double Matured release, bottled in 2015 with both bourbon and sherry wood influences.

Flavor Profile

Tropical fruit, honey and spice deepen into chocolate, coffee and leather. Gentle smoke and seasoned oak bring structure to the long finish.
