Louise McGuane of J.J. Corry selected and married vintage 1991 single malt whiskeys for The Last Drop’s first Irish release. The whiskey was finished in an ex-Oloroso sherry butt, adding dried fruit and nutty depth to more than three decades of maturation. Release 32 is the brand’s third Signature Creation.

Flavor Profile

Apple, cinnamon and caramelised sugar lead into raisin, toasted almond and dark chocolate. The finish returns to fruitcake and a gentle chocolate bitterness.
