The Last Drop’s first Japanese whisky combines Japanese-distilled malts aged between 20 and 40 years, including whisky from the closed Hanyu distillery. The blend spent its married life in an ex-sherry cask. Bottled at 60% ABV, Release 25 balances substantial strength with a delicate, floral character.

Flavor Profile

Tangerine, apple and custard on the nose, followed by floral tea, almond and sultana. A little water brings out creamy textures and fresh citrus.
