Mijenta Tequila is a brand built on community — its name means "my people" in Spanish, a tribute to the agave farmers, distillers, and artisans who make great tequila possible. Founded by master blender Ana María Romero, one of Mexico's most celebrated spirits experts, Mijenta is produced at a family-owned distillery in the Jalisco highlands using traditional methods and a deep commitment to sustainability.
The Blanco is the purest expression of the Mijenta philosophy: made from mature, hand-selected Blue Weber agave, cooked in traditional brick ovens, and distilled in copper pot stills. Fresh, complex, and deeply expressive of the highland terroir — a blanco that rewards attention.
