Los Siete Misterios Espadín-Tobalá Ensamble Mezcal combines Espadín (Agave angustifolia) with Tobalá (Agave potatorum) in a traditional Oaxacan ensamble. Tobalá is a smaller, scarce agave known for its complexity, while Espadín brings a rounded cooked-agave foundation.

Crafted in San Dionisio, Oaxaca, mature agaves are roasted in an underground earth oven and fermented naturally before double distillation in copper pot stills.
