Los Siete Misterios Arroqueño Mezcal is an expressive ancestral mezcal made from Arroqueño agave (Agave americana var. oaxacensis) grown in Oaxaca, Mexico. This slow-maturing agave can take approximately 12–25 years to reach harvest and is prized for its distinctive character.

In Sola de Vega, the mature agave is roasted in an underground earth oven, fermented naturally, and double-distilled in traditional clay pots, honoring the region’s mezcal-making heritage.
