Newport's Finest, One Barrel at a Time

New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky is one of the most exciting craft distilleries to emerge from the bourbon renaissance — committed to non-chill filtered, bottled-in-bond production that honors the traditions of Kentucky whiskey while pushing the craft forward. The Barrel Strength Single Barrel expression takes their exceptional base spirit and bottles it from a single cask at full barrel strength, delivering the raw, uncut character of one exceptional barrel.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold and complex. Caramel and vanilla lead with a high-rye spice, warm oak, and the concentrated character of barrel strength.
Palate: Full-bodied and layered. Rye spice and caramel interplay with a warming oak influence and a depth that speaks to single barrel selection at full proof.
Finish: Long and spicy. Rye spice and caramel linger with a bold, craft close.
