A New Riff on Kentucky Tradition
New Riff Distilling set out to do things the right way from day one — no shortcuts, no compromises. Their core Straight Bourbon is a high-rye, full-bodied whiskey built on a mash bill of non-GMO grains and produced under the full sour mash Kentucky Regimen. Aged a minimum of four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, it's bottled in bond and never chill filtered, honoring America's 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act — still the highest quality standard for aged spirits in the world.
The result is a savory, spicy bourbon with real backbone — the kind of whiskey that earns its place on the shelf.
