Bauer’s Obstler is a mix of fully ripened Austrian apples and pears that are fermented and distilled twice, creating a white brandy that is full of fruit flavors. The apple and pear flavours are immediately present in the mouth; the Obstler is down-to-earth and clear in character. The brandy spreads freshness and fruitiness on the palate.
