Montelobos Mezcal is a beautifully crafted artisanal mezcal created by master distiller Iván Saldaña — a botanist and spirits expert who designed Montelobos to showcase the extraordinary complexity of Espadín agave grown in the highlands of Oaxaca. The name means "mountain wolves" in Spanish, a tribute to the wild, untamed spirit of the Oaxacan highlands where the agave grows. Produced using traditional pit-roasting and copper pot distillation, Montelobos is a mezcal of genuine elegance and approachability.
