Kaiyo whisky is aged at sea aboard ships crossing the Pacific Ocean — a process that uses the constant motion of the waves, the temperature changes, and the ocean air to accelerate maturation and impart a unique maritime character. The Sheri expression adds a sherry cask finish to this ocean-aged base, layering dried fruit richness over the maritime complexity for a whisky of extraordinary depth.
