Named in honour of the Scottish king whose life was saved by a clan ancestor of the Mackenzie family (the original owners of Dalmore), this expression is a fitting tribute: layered, majestic, and built to impress. Each cask type — bourbon, sherry, Marsala, port, Madeira, and Cabernet Sauvignon — contributes its own character, and master distiller Richard Paterson weaves them together into something genuinely remarkable.
