Based in Bristol, Pennsylvania, Dad's Hat uses a high-rye mash bill and traditional Pennsylvania distilling methods to produce ryes with genuine regional character.
The Port Finished expression takes their classic Pennsylvania straight rye and finishes it in port wine barrels, adding a layer of dark fruit richness and subtle sweetness that elevates the grain's natural spice.
