Atanasio Tequila is produced at Destilería Cascahuín in El Arenal, Jalisco — one of the most respected traditional distilleries in the Tequila Valley, operated by the Rosales family. Named for Atanasio Rosales, the patriarch who built the distillery's legacy, this blanco is a pure expression of the Tequila Valley lowland style: earthy, vegetal, and deeply rooted in the land.
Made from 100% Blue Weber agave using traditional methods including tahona stone crushing and open-air fermentation, Atanasio Blanco is a tequila of genuine character and authenticity — the kind of expression that reminds you why tequila became one of the world's great spirits.
