Nose: There is a recognizable rick house funk that, as expected due to the hot weather, is noticeably amped up for Georgia whiskies. Mixed in the funk is some dried fruit notes like prunes.

Palate: It arrives like an intense honey that has been infused with charred oak and laced with spices. The recognizable Georgia oak character is unmistakable.

Finish: The honey and syrupy notes give way to baking spices which make the mouth water and then tend back towards an intense sweet oak profile that lingers on and on.
