123 Organic Tequila Reposado — known as "Dos" — is the second expression in the 123 trilogy, rested for a minimum of six months in American oak barrels after distillation from the Uno (Blanco) base spirit. Made from certified organic Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands, the agaves are hand-harvested and slow-cooked in stone ovens before fermentation and small-batch distillation.

The six-month rest in American oak adds a layer of vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood to the vibrant agave character of the Blanco — creating a reposado of genuine balance and complexity that honors both the agave and the barrel.
