WWS Aultmore 32 Year Single Malt Scotch 750ml
WWS Aultmore 32 Year Single Malt Scotch 750ml
WWS Aultmore 32 Year Single Malt Scotch is a whisky of profound rarity and distinction — a collector's expression from one of Speyside's most quietly revered distilleries, aged for over three decades and presented in a 750ml bottle that represents the pinnacle of the single malt craft.
Aultmore distillery, nestled in the heart of Speyside near Keith, has long been celebrated for producing a clean, grassy, and elegantly fruited new make spirit that takes exceptionally well to long maturation. At 32 years, the distillery's signature character has evolved into something of extraordinary complexity: the youthful brightness has deepened into layers of dried fruit, beeswax, and aged oak, while retaining the delicate, floral elegance that defines great Speyside whisky.
This is a whisky for the serious collector and the patient sipper — a bottle that tells the story of three decades in oak, and rewards every moment of attention given to it.
Aultmore 1990
As expected, the creamy nose is full of vanilla with echoes of lemon leading to waves of vanilla mixed in with toffee, accented by the cask, which has not overpowered the malt, instead, bringing a creamy caramel-like roundness, how you would expect at this age. A Speyside distillery at its fullest, with the wood echoing off the malt exactly as you would hope for.
