Writer's Tears Double Oak is an exclusive Irish whiskey born from a transatlantic collaboration — a close partnership between the Walsh family in County Carlow, Ireland and the Legaret family in Cognac, France. The result is a blend of Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskey aged in two distinct woods: American oak bourbon barrels from Kentucky and French oak Cognac casks from the Cognac region.
