Under Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall, this Kentucky straight bourbon explores the influence of barrel construction through American oak staves seasoned outdoors for five to seven years before the barrels were made.

The extended seasoning helps soften harsh green tannins while highlighting deep oak character, toasted sweetness, fruit, and warming spice. The result is a richly textured bourbon that showcases a distinctive approach to oak maturation.
