The Far North, Lightly Smoked
Wolfburn is one of Scotland's most northerly distilleries — located in Caithness, just a few miles from the very tip of the Scottish mainland, where the landscape is raw, windswept, and ancient. Morven is the distillery's lightly peated expression, named for the hill that overlooks the distillery, and it captures the character of this remote northern terroir with a gentle smoke that complements rather than dominates the spirit's natural sweetness and elegance.
Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, Morven strikes a beautiful balance between the clean, fresh character of Wolfburn's unpeated spirit and a soft, approachable peat smoke that adds depth without intensity. This is northern Scotland in a glass — honest, characterful, and quietly extraordinary.
