Westward West Coast Toast is a single barrel selection of American single malt whiskey, finished for 30 months in a Cooper’s Reserve Hybrid Cask. The cask features French oak heads slowly toasted over open oak fires, then allowed to catch flame for a heavy toasted character and light char. The result is a bold expression of deep spice, bittersweet tones, nuanced fruit, and sweetness.
