Wayward Bourbon is crafted by hand and barrel-aged in an ocean air-tempered rickhouse, where California's coastal climate creates unique maturation conditions. This 750ml expression features an all-organic mash bill of corn, wheat, and malted barley, aged in charred American oak barrels to develop deep amber color and exceptional character.

Tasting Profile:

Deep amber color from coastal barrel aging
Caramel and corn sweetness
Rich grain notes from organic wheat and barley
Luscious cherry wood finish
Smooth, balanced character from ocean air influence

The ocean air-tempered rickhouse sets Wayward apart from traditional inland bourbon aging. The coastal climate's unique temperature and humidity fluctuations create distinctive maturation characteristics, while the all-organic grain bill ensures exceptional quality from field to bottle. Perfect for bourbon enthusiasts seeking craft quality and the innovative spirit of California coastal distilling.
