Volans Tequila — named for the flying fish constellation — is a premium additive-free expression from the Jalisco highlands, produced at Destilería Cascahuín in El Arenal by the Rosales family. The Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave using traditional lowland production methods, including tahona stone crushing and open-air fermentation, delivering the earthy, complex character of the Tequila Valley terroir.
