Volans Tequila — named for the flying fish constellation — is a premium additive-free expression from the Jalisco highlands, produced at Destilería Cascahuín in El Arenal by the Rosales family. The Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave using traditional lowland production methods, including tahona stone crushing and open-air fermentation, delivering the earthy, complex character of the Tequila Valley terroir.

Clean, pure, and deeply expressive — Volans Blanco is the additive-free blanco for the serious tequila enthusiast who wants the real thing without compromise.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Earthy agave, black pepper, citrus, and roasted vegetal notes
Palate: Bold and complex — lowland agave character, mineral earthiness, and gentle spice
Finish: Long and distinctive with lingering agave and pepper
