A Bright, Floral Indiana Rye with Youthful Spice
This 10-year-old 95/5 rye from Subtle Spirits comes from a 2015 Indiana distillate lot. The barrels were initially acquired and aged in California before being transferred to Lexington, Kentucky, for continued maturation. The result is a brighter, more floral rye profile, with fresh fruit, honey, and youthful spice in place of the heavy oak concentration found in older lots.
