Stork House Distillery brings a meticulous, small-batch approach to American rye whiskey. Their Full Proof Rye is bottled straight from the barrel without dilution — no water added, no blending to a target proof. Just the whiskey exactly as it came off the still and out of the oak, in all its raw, concentrated glory.
Full proof ryes reward the enthusiast: the higher ABV carries more flavor compounds, more texture, and more of the grain's natural character. Add a few drops of water to open it up, or sip it neat to experience the full intensity of the barrel.
