The Red Silkie is the sherry-forward expression in the Silkie range — a blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys finished in first-fill oloroso sherry casks, delivering a rich, fruit-driven character that is deeply satisfying and unmistakably Donegal.
Named for the mythical Silkie — the seal-folk of Irish and Scottish legend who shed their skins to walk among humans — the Red Silkie is a whiskey of warmth, depth, and a little magic.
