Oaxaca, Mexico. 100% Rainbow Corn. Single Varietal.

Sierra Norte's Rainbow Corn expression is a single-varietal Mexican whiskey made from 100% rainbow corn — a visually stunning, multi-colored heirloom variety cultivated in the Sierra Norte mountains of Oaxaca. Rainbow corn is one of the most ancient and genetically diverse corn varieties in the world, and Sierra Norte's expression captures its complex, multi-layered character in a whiskey of genuine depth and regional identity. A bottle that celebrates the extraordinary biodiversity of Oaxacan agriculture.
