Siembra Valles Ancestral Blanco is the most traditional expression in the Siembra Spirits portfolio — produced using the ancestral method of tequila production, the oldest and most labor-intensive technique in the industry. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave at Destilería El Pandillo in Jalisco, the Ancestral method uses a clay pot still (olla de barro) rather than copper, and the distillate is collected in a wooden vessel — a process that imparts a distinctive earthy, mineral character that is impossible to replicate with modern equipment.
This is tequila as it was made centuries ago: raw, complex, and deeply expressive of the agave and the land. A benchmark for the ancestral method and a must-try for the serious agave enthusiast.
