Tasting Notes: The whiskey opens with a burst of strawberry jam and molasses, a sweet, dark introduction that immediately draws you in. As it settles, white pepper and buttered toast bring warmth and texture, setting the stage for the syrupy, viscous body that follows. The influence of Howell Mountain Cabernet deepens the experience, layering in a velvety richness that complements the bourbon's natural sweetness. As the sip unfolds, dried fruit tones emerge and gracefully fade into a long, toasty finish, where oak and heat linger in perfect balance —the ideal expression of a high-proof pour.
