Tasting Notes: The nose gets me excited. It's waking up and realizing there's cinnamon rolls in the oven for breakfast. A balanced touch of spice, vanilla frosting and buttery rolls. The bourbon blend shines through on the palate with dried cherry, banana bread and toasted almonds. The finish is long and elegant as it bounces between confectionary sweetness and cigar box with aged tobacco.
