Santo Cuviso Anís Bacanora is a traditional Sonoran bacanora infused with anise — a centuries-old practice in northern Mexico where distillers would add herbs and botanicals to their spirits for flavor, tradition, and medicinal purposes. Made from wild Agave angustifolia (Pacífica) using traditional pit roasting and copper still distillation, the base spirit carries all the earthy, mineral character of great bacanora, with the addition of anise lending a distinctive herbal sweetness and aromatic depth.
