This barrel finished whiskey celebrates the delicate art of small-batch blending with our signature “Table” Blend of bourbon and single malt whiskeys that are gently married as they journey through French and American oak casks through years of aging. Each step is done by hand with care to produce a one-of-a-kind spirit that’s soft and satisfying with rich layers of complexity. Classic cognac aromas of vanilla, citrus fruits, peach, caramel and tobacco are balanced by notes of sweet bourbon honey, cherry spice and a hint of smoke. Ready to enjoy neat, on the rocks or in an elevated cocktail. Please enjoy your Sabbatical.
