French Caribbean Elegance, Extra Old

Rum & Cane French Overseas XO Rum is a distinguished extra old expression from Rum & Cane Merchants — an independent bottler dedicated to sourcing and presenting exceptional rums with full transparency. The French Overseas XO blends aged rhum agricole from France's Caribbean territories — Martinique, Guadeloupe, and French Guiana — each aged a minimum of six years, producing a rum of extraordinary elegance, complexity, and the distinctive fresh sugarcane character of French Caribbean agricole production.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Elegant and complex — fresh sugarcane, tropical fruit, and toasted oak with notes of vanilla, caramel, and the distinctive grassy, vegetal character of French Caribbean agricole at its most refined
Palate: Smooth and beautifully layered — fresh cane, caramel, and a warming oak spice with a silky mouthfeel and a complexity that speaks to the extraordinary French Caribbean agricole tradition
Finish: Long and elegantly warming with lingering fresh cane, vanilla, and a clean, mineral oak warmth
