Redbreast PX Edition is a limited release that takes the iconic Redbreast single pot still Irish whiskey and finishes it in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks — the richest, sweetest, and most intensely flavored sherry style in the world. PX sherry is made from sun-dried grapes that produce a syrupy, raisin-dense wine, and the casks that held it impart an extraordinary layer of concentrated sweetness and dark fruit complexity to the whiskey.
