Raizee Raicilla Blanco Joven is a traditional Mexican agave spirit from the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains of Jalisco — not tequila or mezcal, but raicilla, a regional distillate with centuries of history that predates both. Made from wild and semi-cultivated agave varieties native to the Jalisco mountains, raicilla has its own denomination of origin and a flavor profile that is distinctly its own: wilder, more herbaceous, and deeply expressive of the mountain terroir.

Raizee produces their raicilla using traditional methods: agave roasted in earthen pits or above-ground ovens, naturally fermented, and distilled in small copper or clay stills.
