Cavehill is the flagship bourbon: a four-grain mash bill of corn, malted wheat, malted barley, and honey malt that promises spice, honey, and a fresh apple breeze. When Zamanian first poked the thief into the darkness of the barrel, his faith was rewarded: a whiskey of remarkable maturity and self-possession, with spice on the front and custard in the finish.
