The Rum of the Royal Navy, Aged 15 Years

Pusser's British Navy Rum 15 Year is a distinguished aged expression from Pusser's — the official rum of the British Royal Navy, produced to the original Admiralty blend recipe that was issued to Royal Navy sailors as a daily ration for over 300 years until "Black Tot Day" on July 31, 1970. Pusser's is the only rum authorized to carry the Royal Navy's seal, and the 15 Year expression takes the classic Pusser's blend — a combination of pot still rums from Guyana and Trinidad — and ages it for a full 15 years in American oak bourbon barrels, producing a rum of extraordinary depth and naval heritage.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich and complex — dark fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak with notes of molasses, caramel, and a warm, refined naval character that speaks to 15 years of patient aging
Palate: Smooth and deeply layered — dark fruit, caramel, and a warming oak spice with a satisfying depth and a clean, elegant mouthfeel
Finish: Long and warming with lingering dark fruit, vanilla, and a clean, dignified oak warmth
