Pure Antique 22 Year Bourbon is an ultra-rare, cask-strength straight bourbon whiskey selected and blended by Preservation Distillery + Farm in Bardstown, Kentucky. Each small lot combines no more than three 22-year-old bourbon barrels distilled in Tennessee and Kentucky, yielding fewer than 250 bottles.
These casks entered the barrel at a comparatively low 115 proof and were carefully managed through their long maturation to preserve balance without becoming overly oaked. The result is a rich, viscous bourbon with a long, refined finish.
