Peerless® Toasted Bourbon undergoes a unique dual-barrel aging process. Initially aged in standard char level three barrels to develop classic bourbon profiles of caramel, brown sugar, and toffee, the whiskey is then finished in toasted oak barrels. This toasted barrel finish adds elevated complexity with honey, vanilla, toasted spices, and chocolate.

Tasting Profile

The toasted barrel finishing process creates an elevated nose and palate, layering sweet honey and vanilla over the foundational caramel and toffee notes. Toasted spices and chocolate add depth, while the oak influence provides structure and a warm, lingering finish.
